Franco Simukanzye 

Franco Simukanzye is a Programme and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator at the Norwegian Association of Disabled (NAD) Zambia, based in Lusaka, Zambia. With over five years of experience in disability inclusion and programme coordination, he specializes in coordinating consortium partners to ensure effective collaboration and meaningful impact for persons with disabilities in Zambia. He is also actively involved in promoting inclusive development and the participation of persons with disabilities in climate change and education programmes. Franco is passionate about harnessing data and evidence to strengthen inclusive programme design, implementation, and evaluation, driving meaningful and lasting change for persons with disabilities.
