Sandra Asizu is the Programme Coordinator at NAD Uganda, where she leads the Collective Action for Disability Rights (CADiR) Programme in partnership with a consortium of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities. With over 10 years of experience in programme management, monitoring and evaluation, results-based learning, and knowledge management, she brings strong expertise in designing and delivering inclusive, impact-driven programmes within the NGO sector.
Sandra provides strategic leadership in programme implementation, partnership coordination, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong commitment to advancing disability rights and social inclusion. She is passionate about organizational learning, evidence-based decision-making, and developing programmes that create meaningful change for marginalized communities, particularly persons with disabilities.
