iSAVE manuals
The iSAVE Implementation Manual is written for managers and implementers of the iSAVE Inclusive Economic Empowerment Programme. It is a practical manual that describes the different steps of implementation.
iSAVE is an inclusive microfinance programme designed to remove the economic and social barriers to inclusion for persons with disabilities and their families. We are currently in the process of revising the manual.
The programme and the manual are developed by the National Union of Disabled Persons of Uganda (NUDIPU), the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Uganda (AMFIU) and NAD.

Evaluation reports
This is a review of NAD’s Economic Empowerment project, mainly the iSave model done in early 2024. It looks at the last 5 years and its accomplishments. It is a joint effort with NUDIPU, the OPD Umbrella and AMFIU, the umbrella for microfinance organisations in Uganda. During the last 2 years, NAD has also launched the iSave model in Zanzibar, so the report looks at the innovations and accomplishments there too. In addition, the report gives recommendation for the way forward, building on learning done so far in Uganda and Zanzibar.
